Re: Application: Lorbertank, 80 Paladin
I have many questions, but lets start with your spec.
You chose not to spec into Divinity, why is this? You also chose not to max out 2/2 in Spiritual attn. ? grabbed devine sac but didnt go imp ? Pursuit of justice ? 1/5 Benediction ? There will be more to come just let me know why you have made these choices. _____________________________ ![]()

Re: Application: Lorbertank, 80 Paladin
In regards to the spec questions, I was trying out a high threat build for fights like Hodir, and that was why I specced into ret talents so heavily. For me at least, I find that I do not need 2/2 spiritual attn, but that I just me. I generally MT so I receive a lot of heals and never have mana problems. If I were in an OTing role I would definitely spec into that. I grabbed divine sacrifice for fights like Hodir and XT when group damage is a big concern, but I personally do not use sacred shield and feel that 40% of all raid damage would probably kill me. 1/5 benediction is to get to a higher row of talent points in the ret tree.

Re: Application: Lorbertank, 80 Paladin
To be completely honest, your spec is atrocious I don't understand the reasoning for why you have done it this way, imo you have not had anyone to show you the way nor tryied to figure it out by forum trolling. But I think personally that you should research the tanking priorities of this class, threat should never be a problem reguardless of the encounter. Our dps classes pull roughly 20k TPS on hodir in 25 I as MT push from 7-17k TPS during the encounter depending on lights, stormclouds and raid comp thus allowing the DPS to pass me reguardless of threat I produce although no one dies... the main thing is to know the mechanics of Hand of Reckoning, when to use it and how to use it on heavy burst encounters such as Hodir/General. As for specing into the ret tree for threat is good for fights that you can stand still, you don't see this much in ulduar. Having Pursuit of justice should never be anywhere in a tanks tree's. With some time and effort you may have the potential to better your knowledge of the class, I suggest:
